Can I change my delivery address?

It is not always possible to change the delivery address or delivery date once the parcel is in transit. You might have the possibility to organize the delivery of your parcel in the most suitable way for you by utilizing our delivery partners’ web portal or by reaching out to Customer Care Services.

Can I ship to another country/region?

Delivery to another country/region is not possible. Please place the order in the online shop of the country/region where the parcel is being delivered to.

Where is my parcel?

Please check the shipping confirmation email to track your parcel.

If the tracking shows that your parcel has been delivered, please check if someone else at your address has accepted it.

Otherwise, please look for a notification of attempted delivery; you may find it in your letter box.

In case you cannot locate your parcel, please contact Customer Care; please have your order number and tracking number to hand.

Can I edit my account?

Please login first; afterwards, in the 'My Account' section, you can access and change your personal details at any time.

Can I reset my password?

To change your password, please first click on the 'Log-in' icon. You will be taken to the My Account page, where you can then click on the link 'Forgot your password.'

Can I cancel my order?

An order cancellation may be possible within 60 minutes (approximately) of receipt of your order confirmation.

To cancel an order, please log in to your customer account, then search the relevant order amid your order history and click the 'cancel order' button.

If the cancellation is still possible, you will be asked to confirm the action.

If the cancellation button is greyed out, inactive your order can’t be changed or canceled at this stage.

In case you ordered as a guest and you are within 60 minutes of receipt of your order confirmation, please contact us immediately via phone or chat (during opening hours) and our customer service team will do every effort to process your request.

If cancellation is no longer possible, unwanted items can be returned per our returns policy.

Can I add items to my order?

Once an order has been successfully placed, it cannot be amended in our system.

The entire order could be cancelled up to approximately 60 minutes from the receipt of the order confirmation email.

To see if cancellation is possible, please contact Customer Care via phone. This would allow you to place a new order. If cancellation was not possible, please place a new order for the additional items.

Can I add gift wrapping to my order?

Are my personal details safe?

For security reasons, Terriano, a Brand Managed By Krutagna Diamonds and Jewellery Pvt Ltd, does not save credit card information. The data is immediately passed on to the company’s partner systems for payment processing.

If you believe that someone has tried to misuse your credit card, please follow the instructions of your credit card issuer immediately and contact Customer Care.

Is your online shop secure?

The details provided to Terriano will not be forwarded to any third parties under any circumstances.

What payment methods can I use?

Terriano accepts the following forms of payment for online purchases: American Express, Mastercard, Visa, Rupay, UPI.

When paying with a credit card, please fill in the required credit card details including the security code (CVC2/CVV2).

Your credit card will only be debited once your order has been confirmed.

If your payment is declined, please contact your bank or financial institution for assistance.

Return and Exchange

How do I return my online order?

Terriano's top priority is to meet the expectations of all our customers.

You may return ordered items up to 03 days after their receipt (with the exception of Gift Cards and customized products).

If you make use of your right to cancel the purchase agreement, Terriano will refund the paid amount for the items, provided that the items are returned in the country of delivery in an unworn, unused, and undamaged condition in the original Terriano packaging, with specified return reason.

Return your order as follows: Step 1: Return the product(s) in its original packaging material and in its original carton. Step 2: Contact our customer service at [email protected] and specify the order number, the number of return item(s), and the return reason.

Return Reasons: 1. Ordered more than one size 2. Damaged 3. Dislike colour 4. Delivery issue 5. Fit or size 6. Incorrect product 7. Product uncomfortable

Step 3: Customer service personnel will process your return request and arrange the item(s) to be picked up by courier.

Step 4: Allow approximately 14 working days for the return process. Once your online return has been processed, you will receive a return confirmation email and we will then refund the corresponding amount on the same payment method used to place the order.

Refunds can take up to 15 working days to show on your account.

NOTE: If you received the item(s) as a gift, the sender will be refunded automatically.

Please bear in mind it is not possible to replace or exchange products bought online. Unwanted items would need to be returned per our returns policy. Please place a new online order for the correct product you need.

Nackles or any set return?

For items which come in a single box (“normal set”), if you wish to return any of the items within the normal set, you will have to return all the items that were part of the normal set.

Terriano will not accept returns of individual items within the normal set and will only accept returns of the entire normal set.

How much time do returns take to be processed?

Once we have your return package, we will register it and you will receive an email notification once return is processed.

The refund transmission will then depend on the guidelines of your financial institution and it may take up to 3-14 working days.

Replacement and Repair

Is my item repairable?

Yes, please contact our customer team via phone or email. We need a picture of the article to assess. Once it's done, we will arrange a pick-up of the article. Once it's received at our repair center, our customer care team will reach out to you regarding the time taken to manage the repair and arrange for it to be delivered back to you.

Does Terriano offer resizing?

Can I include a personalized gift message with my purchase?

Yes, you will be given the opportunity to create a personalized message at checkout. The message, enclosed in a white envelope, will arrive with your gift package. The package will not have any other form identifying you as the giver. For this reason, we encourage you to at least enter your name on the gift message.

How do I care for my jewelry?

STERLING SILVER: Terriano’s items are created in sterling silver, one of the most beautiful and lustrous of all metals. With proper care, sterling silver will retain its beauty and character for many generations to come. All sterling silver contains 92.5% pure silver. All of our sterling silver is finished with Rhodium, a precious metal that has been more expensive than gold over the past years (as of 2023).

To care for our sterling silver jewelry, clean it with a little water, rinse well, and dry thoroughly. Avoid using any liquid jewelry dips or polishing cloths containing chemicals; the chemicals used can cause the plating to wear off more quickly. We suggest gently polishing your items with a clean, dry cloth.

Special Considerations: An 'oxidized' finish is the deliberate blackening of crevices in the ornamentation of a silver object to make its decorative details stand out more clearly. Take care as this finish can be removed by overzealous cleaning and polishing.
